The work we do at Resonant Source is rooted in the collective power of cultivating transformative spaces out loud. Our work with organizations centers on creating healthy, vibrant work cultures; aligned with the values of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, and sustainable in policy and practice. Our work with individuals and groups centers on embodied, liberatory practices that cultivate self-reflection, awareness of self in context, self-empowerment, and community connections. Ultimately, we believe that while things may seem tangled on the surface, we are resonant at the source.
